By creating an AgriVeris account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

AgriVeris supports three user roles: Farmer, Buyer, and Agent. You may only register as one role per account.

Admin accounts are provisioned by AgriVeris and are not available via public sign-up.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree not to misrepresent identity, falsify documents, or game traceability data. Such conduct will lead to account suspension and possible referral to authorities.

You will not use AgriVeris to facilitate any unlawful trade.

Use of the platform is free for verified farmers. Buyers and agents may be subject to transaction fees disclosed at checkout.

AgriVeris provides the marketplace and verification rails; we are not party to individual buyer/farmer transactions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior 12 months.
