What we collect

Location & farm data — used to match buyers with nearby producers and to power traceability records.
Transaction records — payments, orders, and quality check outcomes are stored on an audit-grade ledger.
Device / log data — IP, user agent, and access timestamps used for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
To operate the AgriVeris marketplace: matching buyers with farmers, processing orders, paying out farmers, and generating traceability reports.
To verify identity and prevent fraud across the platform.
To improve the service and notify you of activity on your account.
How we share it
With other platform users only to the extent needed for a transaction (e.g. a buyer sees the verified farmer profile of who they're purchasing from).
With service providers (payments, email delivery, infrastructure) under contract.
With Nigerian regulators if legally required.
We never sell personal data.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting hello@agriveris.app.
Where deletion would conflict with legal record-keeping (e.g. transaction history), we will retain only the minimum required.
