Verification
You consent to AgriVeris (or its appointed agents) verifying your identity, farm location, and produce quality.
You agree to provide truthful information at registration and at every traceability checkpoint.
Listings & quality
Listings must accurately describe quantity, grade, and harvest dates. Material misrepresentation is grounds for delisting.
You agree to allow random quality audits by verified agents, with reasonable notice.
Payouts
Payouts are issued to the bank account or mobile-money number on file after a successful order.
AgriVeris may withhold payout pending dispute resolution where a buyer raises a quality concern.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. AgriVeris may suspend or terminate accounts found to violate these terms or applicable law.
